Title:Revised Hypothesis for Strong and Weak Local Extrema in Infinitie Horizon Optimal Control Problems
View PDFAbstract:In our previous preprints we stated assumptions, which determined a strong relation between the distribution in the cost functional and the density of the weighted Sobolev spaces. Moreover, we demonstrated that the distribution, e.g. the Weibull distribution, may restrict the choice of the weighted Sobolev space. Under the present suitable hypothesis we are able to neglect the relation and restriction. The improved theory is demonstrated in illustrative examples.
