Title:Bottlenecking in graphs and a coarse Menger-type conjecture
View PDF HTML (experimental)Abstract:We expand upon the notion of bottlenecking introduced in our earlier work, characterizing a spectrum of graphs and showing this naturally extends to the concept of coarse bottlenecking. We examine how bottlenecking differs from other notions of connectedness. Notably we show how the notion of bottlenecking gives a natural coarse Menger-type conjecture, which is weaker than the Coarse Menger Conjecture of Georgakopoulos and Papasoglu that has recently been disproved by a counter example.
