Abstract:Computer networks have evolved into an essential component of modern society, facilitating the seamless sharing and dissemination of digital information. This paper explores the fundamental concepts of networking, focusing on the transformative impact of intranets and internets. Intranets, in particular, have emerged as indispensable tools for businesses, enabling them to efficiently manage and distribute information. The rapid adoption of intranets underscores their role in maintaining competitiveness in today's fast-paced business environment. This article provides an overview of networking fundamentals, emphasizing the significance of intranets and internets in modern computing.
