Title:Ramification filtration and differential forms
View PDFAbstract:Let $K=k((t))$ be tr extension of basic field $K_0$, $[k:\mathbb{F}_p]<\infty $, $\Gamma _{K}= \operatorname{Gal}({K}^{sep}/{K})$, $H$ -- finite $\mathbb{Z}_p[\Gamma _{K}]$-module, $I(H)$ -- image of $\Gamma _K$ in $\operatorname{Aut}_{\mathbb{Z}_p}H$. Assume that $H$ satisfies the "Lie condition": $\exists L(H)\subset\operatorname{End}_{\mathbb{Z}_p}(H)$ s.t. $L(H)^p=0$ and $I(H)=\exp (L(H))$. Let $O(K)=W(k)((\bar t))$ be a lift of $K$, $M(H)$ -- etale $(\phi ,O(K))$-module for $H$, and $\nabla $ -- canonical connection on $M(H)$. We define a $\mathbb{Z}_p$-embedding $\mathcal{F}:H\rightarrow M(H)$ to define $O(K)$-linear component $\widetilde{B}\in\operatorname{End}_{O(K)}M(H)$ of $\nabla $ and differential forms $\widetilde{\Omega }[N]=\phi ^N \widetilde{B}\phi ^{-N}d\bar t/\bar t$ on $M(H)\otimes O(K^{rad})$. Theorem 1.1: for $N\gg 0$, $\Omega [N]:=\mathcal F^*(\widetilde{\Omega }[N])$ contains all information about the images of ramification subgroups $\Gamma _{K}^{(v)}$ in $I(H)$. The second main result: $[E_0:\mathbb{Q}_p]<\infty $, a $p$-th root of unity $\zeta _1\in E_0$, $E/E_0$ tr extension with uniformiser $\pi $, $H_{E}$ - finite $\mathbb{F}_p[\Gamma _{E}]$-module with ``Lie condition''. Use field-of-norms functor to obtain from $E(\pi ^{p^{-\infty }})$ the characteristic $p$ field $K$. If $H:=H_{E}|_{\Gamma _{K}}$ then $\tau\in \operatorname{Gal}(E(\root p\of {\pi })/E)$ acts on $M(H)$. The images of $\Gamma _{E}^{(v)}$ are known if $\hat\tau \in\Gamma _{E}^{(e^*)}$, where $e^*=pe(E/\mathbb Q_p)/(p-1)$. Theorem 1.: criterion for good lift in terms of forms $\Omega [N]$ and the $p$-adic period of $\mathbb{G}_m$.
