Title:Equivariant cycles and cancellation for motivic cohomology
View PDFAbstract:We introduce a Bredon motivic cohomology theory for smooth schemes with an action by a finite group over a field. These are defined via complexes of equivariant correspondences using the equivariant Nisnevich topology. We generalize the theory of presheaves with transfers to the equivariant setting, culminating in an equivariant version of Voevodsky's Cancellation Theorem.
