Title:Landau level substructure and mixing in the relativistic quantum Hall effect
View PDFAbstract: We calculate the local density of states for a relativistic massless particle in the presence of crossed electric and magnetic fields. The Landau levels are broadened and aquire a modulation due to the electric field. We give detailed predictions for the shape of Landau levels in the relativistic case based on analytical expressions.
