Title:The coarse classification of countable abelian groups

Abstract: We classify all countable abelian groups up to coarse equivalence. The classification is as follows: Theorem: Two countable abelian groups are coarsely equivalent if and only if they have the same torsion free rank and either both are finitely generated or both are non finitely generated.
